README: zip data archive for -- Language Learning: Human Capital Investment or Consumption? --

zip archive includes:
- All data files and R-Scripts to reproduce estimation results and graphics



To reproduce estimation results and latex documents:
1. Make sure to keep file strucure
2. Compile "analysis/data_prep.R" for data preparation
3. Compile "analysis/est.R" for all estimation tables
4. Compile "analysis/graphs.R" for all figures (will be saved in "graphics")
   (Optionally also compile "analysis/na_analysis.R" for analysis of missing values)
