Source file data for figures named according to the figure(s) and subfigure(s) the data is for.
Hyphen used for data supporting multiple figures and underscore to specify part of a figure.

Notes follow for individual datasets.

Figure2ABC:
Columns "subfigure", "H", "domain", "xmin", and "density".
"H" refers to homology group.
"domain" is domain of life.
"xmin" is the x location for the start of a given bar in the density curve. The bar has the height given by "density", and a width spanning until the following xmin in its respective subplot.
Note that subfigure A is log-transformed, so the widths are not equal.

FigureS3:
"bars1" and "bars2" are storing the births and persistences for dimension 1 and 2 homology.
"reps1" and "reps2" are storing the representative cycles as vertex indexes, starting from index=1 (not 0-indexed).
