Description
This archive contains the calibration coefficients used to place optical-density and fluorescence measurements collected on different plate readers onto common instrument scales during preprocessing.

Files
1. reader conversion to J params.csv
   Calibration coefficients for OD, YFP, CFP, mCherry, and GFP measurements collected on the loaner, nano, and elmo readers and converted to the J-reader scale.

2. 2024 reader conversion to J params.csv
   Updated 2024 calibration coefficients for OD, YFP, CFP, mCherry, and GFP measurements collected on the elmo, nano, and loaner readers and converted to the J-reader scale.

3. reader_conversion_to_nano_params.csv
   Calibration coefficients for OD, YFP, and mCherry measurements collected on the bigbird, K, and elmo readers and converted to the nano-reader scale. This table is used by the Supplementary Figure 17 workflow.

File format
Each CSV contains:
- measurement: measurement channel and source plate reader
- b and c: fitted linear-conversion coefficients used by the analysis code

These calibration tables support preprocessing across several experimental datasets and do not map to a single figure.
