The file data_figure1b.csv contains the coordinates of all datapoints shown in Figure 1b of the paper Madirolas et al., "A taste for numbers: Caenorhabditis elegans foraging patterns follow a simple rule of thumb". See Supplementary Dataset 1 for the raw data and the code needed to generate the figure.

Each row of the table represents one experimental condition, with 5 food patches of different densities. The columns have the following meaning:
- spp_1 ... spp_5: Name of the bacterial species present in each food patch. "none" means no bacterial food patch (zero density).
- OD_1 ... OD_5: Density of each food patch, measured in Optical Density (OD). This is represented in the x axis of the figure.
- n_worm_relative_1 ... n_worm_relative_5: Relative number of worms found in each food patch. This is represented in the y axis of the figure.
- confidence_interval_min_1 ... confidence_interval_min_5: Lower end of the confidence interval for the relative number of worms in each food patch. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- confidence_interval_max_1 ... confidence_interval_max_5: Higher end of the confidence interval for the relative number of worms in each food patch. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- n_data: Number of plates used in each experimental condition (not represented explicitly in the figure).
- factor_normalization: Factor used to go from the absolute number of worms to the relative one (not represented explicitly in the figure).
