The file data_figure2d.csv contains the coordinates of all datapoints shown in Figure 2d of the paper Madirolas et al., "A taste for numbers: Caenorhabditis elegans foraging patterns follow a simple rule of thumb". See Supplementary Dataset 1 for the raw data and the code needed to generate the figure.

Each row of the table represents one bacterial species. The columns have the following meaning:
- spp: Name of the bacterial species.
- D_attract: Value of the "attraction density" (D_attract) for this bacterial species. Represented in the x axis of the figure.
- D_fitness: Value of the "fitness density" (D_fitness) for this bacterial species. Represented in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_fitness_minus: Length of the lower segment of the errorbar for D_fitness. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_fitness_plus: Length of the higher segment of the errorbar for D_fitness. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_attract_minus: Length of the lower segment of the errorbar for D_attract. Used to represent the errorbars in the x axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_attract_plus: Length of the higher segment of the errorbar for D_attract. Used to represent the errorbars in the x axis of the figure.
