The file data_figure3b.csv contains the coordinates of all datapoints shown in Figure 3b of the paper Madirolas et al., "A taste for numbers: Caenorhabditis elegans foraging patterns follow a simple rule of thumb". See Supplementary Dataset 1 for the raw data and the code needed to generate the figure.

Each row of the table represents one bacterial species. The columns have the following meaning:
- spp: Name of the bacterial species.
- D_attract: Value of the "attraction density" (D_attract) for this bacterial species. Represented in the x axis of the figure.
- cellpermicroliter_at_OD1: Cell density (in number of cells per microliter) when the Optical Density (OD) is 1. Represented in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_cellpermicroliter_minus: Length of the lower segment of the errorbar for cell density. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_cellpermicroliter_plus: Length of the higher segment of the errorbar for cell density. Used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_attract_minus: Length of the lower segment of the errorbar for D_attract. Used to represent the errorbars in the x axis of the figure.
- errorbar_D_attract_plus: Length of the higher segment of the errorbar for D_attract. Used to represent the errorbars in the x axis of the figure.
