The file data_figure3d.csv contains the coordinates of all datapoints shown in Figure 3d of the paper Madirolas et al., "A taste for numbers: Caenorhabditis elegans foraging patterns follow a simple rule of thumb". See Supplementary Dataset 1 for the raw data and the code needed to generate the figure.

Each row of the table represents one experimental condition, with 5 food patches of different densities. The columns have the following meaning:
- spp_1 ... spp_5: Name of the bacterial species present in each food patch.
- OD_1 ... OD_5: Density of each food patch, measured in Optical Density (OD). Not represented explicitly in the figure.
- p_predict_1 ... p_predict_5: Predicted proportion of worms in each food patch. This is represented in the x axis of the figure.
- p_exp_1 ... p_exp_5: Measured proportion of worms in each food patch. This is represented in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_minus_1 ... errorbar_minus_5: Length of the lower segment of the errorbar for the measured proportion of worms in each food patch. This is used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
- errorbar_plus_1 ... errorbar_plus_5: Length of the higher segment of the errorbar for the measured proportion of worms in each food patch. This is used to represent the errorbars in the y axis of the figure.
