Experimental data used for the parameterization of a spatial tolerance model from Figure 2.

The folder "rabbitigG_dig_MONO" contains timeseries datasets for structures exhibiting monovalent binding behavior, i.e. by design of DNA nanostructure antigen substrates. Each data point corresponds to the SPR response unit value measured at each time point, with the time interval between points corresponding to 1 sec. Each experiment includes data from both the structure-binding phase and the antibody binding phase. For example mono_struct_1.txt is the structure binding phase data which has a corresponding mono_1.txt file for the subsequent antibody binding phase data. This data may be used for the initial conversion factor determination step needed to relate the RU values to number of antibodies bound per structure for an arbitrary amount of bound structure. The antibody used is of rabbit origin for this dataset.

The folder "rabbit_igG_dig_distance_data" contains the timeseries datasets for 2-antigen structures at different distances. Each data point corresponds to the SPR response unit value measured at each time point, with the time interval between points corresponding to 1 sec. Each experiment includes data from both the structure-binding phase and the antibody binding phase. The name of each file indicates the separation distance between antigens. For example iggdig_84nm_struct.txt denotes the data for the structure-binding phase of a structure with antigens separated by 84 nm. The antibody used is of rabbit origin for this dataset.
