Details of the mathematical model: Parameter transformations

Parameters of the mouse model are given along with parameter and steady-state transformations as well as final values on the linear scale. Initial values represent model states at time point 0 min. Dynamic parameters correspond to those specified in the molecular reactions in Dataset EV1. Scaling and offset parameters were introduced for observables in Dataset EV2.

name: parameter name representing an initial value of a model states, a dynamic parameter or a scaling or offset parameter
trafo: parameter and/or steady-state transformation introduced for better parameter optimization and inclusion of a steady state
value: final parameter value on the linear scale

Note: All protein abundances as well as the basal phosphorylation rate of MET were implemented to be diet-specific. Therefore, initial concentrations of phosphorylated and unphosphorylated model states, the MET expression rate "k_MET_expression" as well as the basal phosphorylation rate "k_phospho_MET_basal" were implemented as diet-specific (with the attachment _SD or _WD) enabling different levels of total protein abundances between WD and SD hepatocytes.
