Supplementary Data 1: Numerical source data for main-text figures

This directory contains the numerical data underlying Figs. 1--4 of
"Interpretable AI Reveals Hidden Structure in Nuclear Masses".

fig1_data.txt
Three-dimensional principal-component coordinates of the proton and neutron
embeddings displayed in Fig. 1. Columns are particle label, point index,
  PC1, PC2, and PC3.

fig2_data.txt
Contributions of the six principal components displayed in Fig. 2. Columns
  are Z, N, and Eb,1 through Eb,6, in MeV.

fig3_data.txt
Relative Euclidean neighbor importance values displayed in the left panel of
Fig. 3. The first two columns identify the neighbor position relative to the
target nucleus and the last column is the relative importance.

fig4_data.txt
Residuals between the experimental binding energy and the improved
  local-Jaffe-corrected WS4 prediction displayed in Fig. 4. Columns are Z, N,
  and the residual in MeV.
