UTILITY:

Converts a MIPS A. thaliana chromosome sequence file into a FASTA file to be used
as a sequence file input to RepeatMasker. The resultant output file from <RepeatMasker>
is then used as an input to <LTRminer.pl>.


USAGE:

(perl) splitMIPSchromo.pl [-options] <MIPS chromosome sequence file> <output file name>
options:
	-h			(-help)		print options
	-v 			(-version)	print version of this script
