Clustering data for Drosophila species using arm-indexed NGPs (Figure 1a).
Format: <species_list> <num_species> <NGP count> <comment>
where,
<species_list>: Encodes presence(1) or absence(0) of a species in this count. Species order is: Dmel,Dyak,Dere,Dana,Dpse,Dvir,Dmoj,Dgri
<num_species>: Number of species in this cluster (= num. of 1s)
<NGP count>: Number of NGPs found in all the corresponding species list (and nowhere else). These are "exclusively shared NGPs" (see manuscript).
<comment> : Clustering comments. Violation implies that a grouping crosses a previously clustered boundary and is skipped. Species codes correspond to the first letter in their name. Clustering stops when a binary partitioning is obtained.
