1. DATASET OVERVIEW
This file describes the supplementary dataset ("Supplementary_Data_Aggregated.xlsx") uploaded alongside the manuscript. The dataset contains only the aggregated examination metrics directly used to calculate results, generate figures, and support the conclusions presented in the study.

2. DATA SCOPE & EXTRACTION CRITERIA
- Source: Official national standardized examination analytical reports (multi-disciplinary).
- Inclusion: Only data pertaining to undergraduate Systematic Anatomy performance across seven consecutive cohorts (2015–2021) were extracted.
- Exclusion: All other academic subjects, administrative identifiers, classroom assignments, and individual-level records have been systematically removed prior to extraction.
- Format: Cohort-level aggregates only. No raw scores or personally identifiable information (PII) are included.

3. VARIABLE DEFINITIONS
The dataset contains the following columns:
- Cohort_Year: Year of student admission to the clinical medicine program.
- Assessment_Type: "Proficiency Test" (4th-year) or "Licensing Exam" (post-graduation).
- Admin_Year: Calendar year the examination was administered.
- Group: "Control" (traditional instruction, 2015–2017 cohorts) or "Experimental" (case discussions, 2018–2021 cohorts).
- N_Participants: Number of students who sat for the specific examination in that cohort.
- National_Avg_Rate_Pct: Officially published national average mastery rate (%) for the relevant question category.
- Institutional_Rate_Pct: Our university's aggregated anatomy mastery rate (%) for the same cohort and category.
- Differential_Pct: Calculated as Institutional_Rate_Pct minus National_Avg_Rate_Pct.
- Question_Category: "Integrated", "Non-Integrated", or "Overall".
- Implementation_Notes: Pedagogical context (e.g., Traditional, Pilot, Standardized, Case Stagnation).

4. CALCULATION & REPRODUCIBILITY LOGIC
- Primary Metric: Differential_Pct = Institutional_Rate_Pct - National_Avg_Rate_Pct.
- All figures and trend analyses in the manuscript were generated directly from these aggregated values using descriptive statistics and longitudinal plotting.
- Analysis Software: Microsoft Excel.

5. PRIVACY, ETHICS & COMPLIANCE
- This dataset contains exclusively aggregated institutional statistics. No individual student data, demographic information, or identifiable records were collected, processed, or shared.
