The file CN_network_model_BCG.fml formalizes the metabolic model used for the
analysis in the standardized FluxML format. It consists of the reactions with
associated carbon atom transitions, the specification of substrates (potential
C-sources) including their labeling status, and labeling measurements.

FluxML is a text-based format, and can be edited in a simple text editor.
However, it is primarily intended to be written and read by software, such as
- 13CFLUX2 (https://13cflux.net/)
- Sysmetab (https://forge.scilab.org/index.php/p/sysmetab/)
- Omix (https://www.omix.bio/)

Further information on the format is available at github
(https://github.com/modsim/fluxml) or in the FluxML publication
(https://doi.org/10.3389/fmicb.2019.01022).
